Job description

Incumbent serves as a management and program assistant and provides support to supervisors, managers and other employees in managing the office's administrative functions. Performs work in support of management and program analysis.

Qualifications:

To qualify for this position at the FG-08 level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to, FV-E or FG/GS-07, in the Federal Service. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

Specialized experience should include: Specialized experience in maintaining a managers calendar; travel, budget, property, or space management; arranging meetings and conferences; reviewing correspondence for correct grammar, and conformance to policy and style; composing letters/memos, maintaining files and records, analyzing administrative processes, or evaluating, developing, and recommending improvements to resource programs and workflow.
