Job description

Within our Corporate Technical Services team located in Denver - Leprino is seeking an Administrative Assistant II to support our Global Engineering teams. This role keeps engineering work organized and moving by coordinating schedules, managing project documentation, supporting travel and expenses, and ensuring communication flows smoothly across teams and vendors.
At Leprino, starting hourly compensation for this role typically ranges between $35 and $41. This position has an annual target bonus of 3.5%.
What You'll Do:
  • Act as a central point of coordination for senior leaders, managing requests, priorities, and follow-through across internal teams, customers, and vendors.
  • Own and manage complex calendars, making tradeoff decisions to balance competing priorities and protect leader time.
  • Plan and execute domestic and international travel, including multi-leg itineraries, last-minute changes, and passport/visa coordination.
  • Coordinate and reconcile expense reports, purchasing activities, and department expenses, ensuring accuracy and alignment with internal policies.
  • Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and communications using Office365 tools.
  • Screen communications on behalf of leaders, elevating urgent matters and ensuring timely responses.
  • Lead logistics for leadership meetings, team events, and offsites, including agendas, materials, and action item follow-up.
  • Anticipate needs and take action without direction to prevent issues and keep work progressing.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with senior leaders, engineers, and cross-functional partners.
  • Support special projects by organizing information, coordinating stakeholders, and driving execution.
  • Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed.

You Have At Least (Required Qualifications):
  • A High School Diploma or GED.
  • Seven (7)+ years of administrative experience, including direct support to VP-level or higher leaders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel, and competing priorities for multiple senior leaders.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Office365 applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Notary Public designation.
  • Strong judgment and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating international travel, including passports and visas.
  • Experience supporting multiple senior leaders simultaneously in a corporate or technical environment.
  • Experience planning and executing large meetings, events, or offsites.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
