Program Assistant I

Bering-Alaka`ina Holdings, LLC is looking for a Program Assistant I to provide support for our government customer in Arlington, Virginia.

Description Of Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing administrative tasks in support of various functions.
  • Applies entry level skills and knowledge that relate to general administrative duties.
  • Performs specialized administrative duties in the areas of procurement, safety, security, communications, quality management, human resources, travel, accounting, finance, office management, property, and other similar specialized tasks.
  • Can easily use standard office equipment: fax machines, computer/laptop.
  • Answering phones, sorting mail, preparing correspondence, filing, copying documents, calendar management, travel arrangements, data management, special projects, word processing, meeting planning, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Performing and coordinating administrative duties which include manufacturing, preserving, retrieving, integrating information for staff and customers.
  • Preparing reports, correspondences, fiscal budgets, and other such required documentations for the organization.
  • Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Required Degree/Education/Certification:

High School Diploma

Desired Skills And Experience:

Six (6) years general experience

Required Citizenship And Clearance:

  • U.S. Citizen
  • Must have an active Secret Clearance

Compensation Details:

  • $70,000.00 - $75,000.00
  • The compensation range or hourly rate provided is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, internal equity, market conditions, and applicable laws.
