Job description

Planate Management Group (PMG) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, and Orlando, Florida USA with a technical support center in South East Asia and East Africa, that provides program management and facilities engineering services worldwide. Planate is a small business provider of planning, design, infrastructure management, technical consulting, engineering, and construction management services in support of the US Department of Defense (DOD) and its Service (Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps) missions, along with other US federal agencies, all over the world.

We are seeking an experienced Administrative and Management Support Analyst that will support U.S. Navy facilities and infrastructure projects based at the Government facilities onboard NSA Naples, Italy. You will provide administrative and program management support across planning, design, and construction activities, coordinating with project teams to ensure efficient project execution, resource planning, and operational support.

This position is contingent upon contract award. If awarded, the contract will have a potential period of performance of up to five (5) years.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide program and project execution management support for the Planning, Design and Construction (PDC) Directorate, including program analysis, resource planning, and workload management.
  • Support planning, design execution, acquisition programs, funds management, work induction, and project delivery.
  • Assist in developing acquisition strategies, assigning execution teams, and preparing Plans of Action and Milestones (POAMs).
  • Coordinate with planners, designers, project managers, Public Works personnel, and stakeholders to resolve issues and support project execution.
  • Assist in resource planning, workload balancing, and budget management to ensure projects are delivered on time and within cost constraints.
  • Support the effective use of planning, design, construction, environmental, real estate, and public works funds in compliance with funding requirements.
  • Maintain project records, correspondence, administrative documentation, and program reports.
  • Provide administrative support for project execution, meetings, training, travel coordination, workflow analysis, cost studies, equipment utilization, and operational reporting.
  • Assist project teams with follow-up actions, data consolidation, report preparation, and general office administration, including time and attendance records when required.

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

  • Associate's degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field, with at least 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, Adobe Acrobat Professional, and Power BI.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data analysis skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of human resource modeling, resource allocation, production methods, and strategic planning.
  • Must have a valid US driver's license.
