6K Systems, Inc. is looking for an experienced, professional Program Analyst to join our team!
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Individual will support the FBI's Cyber Division and will be responsible for providing procurement activities, inventory related assistance and logistical needs. Other duties include:
  • Coordinate the procurement of goods and of physical federal property
  • Assistance the CLSU SharePoint logistics teams' ticketing request system to include tracking property items, supply and logistical requests
  • Assist with escorting non-SCI cleared division visitors performing service for the division
  • Assist with tracking/assigning workforce seating within the facility
  • Distribute procured goods and physical federal property
  • Document all phases of the federal procurement process
  • Perform market research
  • Track status of pending procurement activities (to include shipping and delivery dates)
  • Complete application transactions identifying receipt of all accountable and non-accountable property for financial tracking purposes
  • Distribute received procurement items, induction of and assigning of inventory property control numbers
  • Assist with the logistical processes of accounting for the furniture/workstation property to include movement, relocation and assembly / disassembly with Government oversight.
  • Track, locate, induct, distribute and dispose of federal inventory/ property items
  • Assist with quarterly, annual, and/or specially assigned accountable property inventory activities
  • Administrative actions directly related to federal property inventory and accountability actions
  • Pick up and sign for (as required) Bureau delivered mail and packages during the normal duty day
  • Daily distribution of mail to the appropriate mail slot for the section or unit in the mail room.

REQUIREMENTS
  • Top Secret - SCI eligible
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management, Accounting, or other related disciplines from an accredited University; Four (4) years of relevant experience may offset the lack of the required degree
  • Two (2) years of experience with logistical or purchasing activities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical individuals
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Resourcefulness and ability to take the initiative in development and completion of assigned tasks
  • Responsiveness to customer and the client's requirements
  • Demonstration of excellent customer support and experience working with competing priorities
