Job description

Vermillion State Bank is an established community bank in the Southeast Twin Cities metro area.  As we grow, we are looking for talented, professional, and ambitious individuals to join our team. 

The Management Trainee Program is designed to develop highly-qualified candidates and provide them an opportunity to develop fundamental knowledge of banking and experience Vermillion Bank’s culture of service. 

Trainees will be working alongside experienced professionals in the retail, operations, and/or lending departments to gain a comprehensive knowledge of the banking environment.  The Management Trainee position is an excellent opportunity to learn the banking industry from the ground up, and offers career advancement in the areas of consumer banking, bank operations, and lending.
