GENERAL PURPOSE:
Position performs a variety of administrative and semi-skilled tasks for the Athletics/Aquatics, Recreation, Theatre and Senior Services Divisions.
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Position Works under the general supervision of the Recreation, Athletics, Theater, and Senior Services Supervisors.
PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Will work evenings, weekdays & weekends
• Must be available Monday thru Sunday during the year
• Typical duties will include but not limited to: online registration, opening/closing buildings for meetings, light custodial duties, assist with programs & special events, work rentals, clean vehicles, run errands
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education & Experience: work experience with the public desired, exhibits customer service skills as well as knowledge with computers, administrative skills, cash handling
• Tools & Equipment Used: (Not limited to) personal computer, calculator, copy/fax/scan machine, phone, portable radio, automobile, hand truck, IPAD, tablet, cell phone, computer / registration software, cash register.
