We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Program Administrator to join our growing team.The Program Administrator plays a critical leadership role in supporting daily operations, ensuring compliance with DDD regulations, managing employee onboarding, maintaining provider records, and assisting with recruitment and hiring efforts.Position SummaryThe Program Administrator is responsible for overseeing administrative operations, recruiting and onboarding new employees, conducting compliance audits, maintaining provider files, and ensuring all employee documentation meets organizational and regulatory requirements.
