Summary

The Office Administrator provides comprehensive administrative, clerical, and customer service support to the office and distribution center operations. This role is responsible for managing office functions, coordinating projects and events, maintaining supply inventories, supporting employees with administrative needs, and ensuring efficient day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and clerical support for management and staff.
  • Coordinate and assist with office projects, ensuring deadlines and deliverables are met.
  • Manage office supply purchasing, inventory, and replenishment.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and other communications.
  • Schedule inbound deliveries and coordinate related logistics.
  • Print and distribute warehouse orders as needed throughout the day.
  • Maintain filing systems, records, and routine documentation.
  • Make copies, scan documents, and perform other general office duties.
  • Coordinate employee meetings, meals, and company events such as cookouts, picnics, and recognition activities.
  • Process customer pickups and provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports using company systems.
  • Monitor office equipment and coordinate maintenance or service as needed.
  • Support inventory management of office and operational supplies.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
