Description:

The Sales Administration Specialist is responsible for supporting critical sales operations processes, systems, and programs that enable efficient business execution. This role serves as the primary administrator for claims management, pricing support, program administration, and NECO-related administrative activities while partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Operations to drive accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Program Administration

  • Support the administration of sales programs, promotions, rebates, and dealer incentives.
  • Maintain & publish program documentation, policies, and procedures.
  • Monitor program performance and identify opportunities for process improvements.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales leadership to ensure program compliance and tracking.

Claims Administration & Auditing

  • Manage claims auditing, validation, tracking, and submission processes.
  • Ensure claims are processed accurately and in accordance with program requirements.
  • Investigate discrepancies and coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders.

Price List Administration

  • Support price list & price book creation, distribution, and governance.
  • Coordinate price updates both internally and externally.
  • Audit pricing data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Ensure latest price lists are posted in Dealer Portal and our Internal Sharepoint Site.

NECO Administration

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all NECO-related administrative activities.
  • Coordinate submissions, approvals, tracking, and reporting including new item setup 
  • Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with established processes.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Operations, Program Administration, Trade Pricing, or Analytics.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, and reporting systems.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high degree of accuracy.
