Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal ad ops, product, and sales teams to troubleshoot technical issues (event tracking, ad server technology) and streamline workflows for agency partners.
  • Act as the voice of our agency partners internally, surfacing feedback to help shape product roadmaps and agency-specific platform features.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in agency account management, partner management, or digital advertising account management within ad tech or digital media.
  • Proven track record of managing a portfolio of agency clients and driving client lifecycle management (onboarding, retention, upselling, and save strategies).
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset to lead QBRs, optimize campaign ROAS, and diagnose performance drop-offs.
  • Strong technical baseline in digital advertising platforms, ad server technologies, and tracking/attribution methodologies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills to collaborate effectively with external agency account teams.
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working directly in or with the App and/or eCommerce verticals.
  • Prior background working at an ad agency or managing independent/holding company agency partnerships.
