  • Drive success by producing highquality video content that aligns with PHP's brand, culture, and marketing objectives

  • Partner with marketing and leadership teams to plan shoots, develop shot lists, and align on creative direction

  • Film professionalgrade video content for marketing campaigns, social media, training materials, testimonials, and corporate messaging

  • Capture footage at live events, conferences, leadership trainings, and agent recognition ceremonies

  • Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure consistent production quality

  • Incorporate motion graphics, music, color grading, and sound design to enhance storytelling
