Sports Physical Therapy offers performance based Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, & Personal Training. Job Description

Under the supervision of the Director of Operations this position provides leadership and administrative support to the clinic by effectively running the front office. Must exercise independent judgment to plan, prioritize, and organize the workload required to complete tasks assigned. Must have superior customer service, people skills, good time management, decision making, communication, accounting, organizational and interpersonal skills. Along with an ability to manage daily problem solving independently and efficiently.

  • All daily administrative duties
  • Greet and welcome patients, check patients in and create a memorable experience
  • Create a WOW experience with each interaction
  • Provide amazing customer service
  • Formulate and build relationships with patients , physicians and staff
  • Schedule patients for the entire duration of their plan of care
  • Answering multi-line phone system
  • Intake of patients, gathering patient demographics and insurance information, coordinating referrals and patient charts.
  • Working closely with the Physical Therapists to facilitate optimum patient care and   communication.
  • Obtaining authorizations for treatment.
  • Collecting patient co-pays and assisting the billing office in the collection of patient balances
  • Performs special projects and duties as assigned.
