Role Description The Leasing Professional is a full-time, on-site role based in Baltimore, MD. This position is responsible for greeting prospective residents, conducting property tours, explaining lease terms, and guiding applicants through the leasing and move-in process. The role includes managing lease documentation, processing applications, and maintaining accurate records in lease administration systems. Day-to-day tasks also involve responding to resident inquiries, supporting resident retention initiatives, and collaborating with property management and maintenance teams to ensure a positive living experience. The Leasing Professional will support occupancy goals, uphold company standards, and represent Olive Tree Management in a professional, service-oriented manner.
