Lead Restoration & Mitigation Technician Summary
Drives revenue and customer retention by delivering prompt, professional restoration services, accurately preparing Xactimate estimates, and confidently presenting and closing projects in the home.
Core Responsibilities
  • Independently perform and oversee the full scope of restoration services offered by the company
  • Accurately create, review, and manage Xactimate estimates in alignment with carrier and industry standards
  • Confidently present estimates to homeowners on-site and secure authorization to proceed
  • Serve as the on-site lead for water, fire, mold, and specialty mitigation projects
  • Establish proper containment and install drying systems, including air movers and dehumidifiers
  • Execute controlled demolition, debris removal, and maintain clean, safe job sites
  • Track moisture readings, document progress, and maintain thorough job notes and photos
  • Communicate job status and expectations clearly with customers, property managers, and internal teams
  • Ensure all work complies with company protocols and IICRC best practices
  • Maintain responsibility for company vehicles, tools, and job-related equipment
