Organizers should use clear communication and step-by-step plans to guide clients through the decluttering process, helping them make decisions at their own pace. Flexibility and patience are key, as each client’s needs and pace will vary. Collaborating closely ensures clients feel supported and helps achieve lasting organizational results.
