Pay:   According to GHEA Salary Schedule "A"
Schedule: 1.0 FTE



Applicants for this position must meet the following criteria:

  1. Valid Michigan teaching certificate with a Special Education endorsement required.
  2. Demonstrated experience working with students with behavioral needs.
  3. Knowledge of Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs), Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs), behavior intervention strategies, IDEA, and Michigan Administrative Rules for Special Education (MARSE).
  4. Strong leadership, consultation, communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Experience facilitating professional learning and supporting multidisciplinary teams preferred.
  6. Ability to analyze student behavioral data and support evidence-based decision-making.
  7. Commitment to inclusive practices and improving outcomes for students with disabilities.
