Logistics Coordinator
Reports To: Supply Chain Manager
Employment Type: Full Time, FSLA Status: Non-Exempt, EEO Category: Service Worker
The Impact you Will Have:
You will be responsible for the accuracy, speed, and efficiency of our order fulfillment operations. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational costs, and our ability to scale by ensuring orders are processed correctly, shipped on time, and continuously optimized.
Please note: This position is on site in our warehouse in Provo, UT.
What You'll Do:
  • Process and fulfill daily orders, including picking, packing, and shipping for domestic and international customers
  • Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and shipped on time to meet service-level expectations
  • Coordinate with carriers (UPS, FedEx, freight providers) to resolve issues and clear customs holds
  • Ensure compliance with international shipping requirements (customs, documentation)
  • Use ERP systems (NetSuite) to monitor order queues, print pick tickets, track orders, and maintain inventory levels
  • Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory tracking
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and shipments
  • Manage returns and reverse logistics processes
  • Monitor and respond to internal communications (email, Slack, phone) in a timely and professional manner
  • Troubleshoot and resolve shipping, receiving, and order discrepancies
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support special orders and customer needs
  • Supervise and support 2-3 order processing team members, including training and performance management
  • Develop, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for fulfillment processes
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy
  • Track and maintain key performance metrics (e.g., fulfillment accuracy, shipping times, error rates)
  • Support purchasing activities, including vendor coordination and order placement
  • Assist in vendor communication and negotiations to ensure cost-effective and timely procurement
  • Deliver excellent customer service to both internal teams and external clients

What You'll Need:
  • 3+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or fulfillment
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes
  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field preferred
  • Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience preferred
  • Experience with international shipping preferred
  • Experience working with 3PLs
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail
  • Experience using ERP or warehouse management systems (NetSuite preferred)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and cloud-based tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack)
  • Strong communication skills, including professional phone and email etiquette
  • Ability to lift and move 20-40 lbs. regularly during a shift
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $40,000- $60,000 annually with the opportunity to participate in a variable incentive plan. The actual base salary offered will depend on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, and location.
