Job Description - Overview
We are looking for an experienced Landscaper to join our groundskeeping team. This position requires a professional landscaper with previous on the job experience and knowledgeable of plants, trees, etc. The position is located on our company's corporate campus in Oklahoma City.
Starting Pay: $20.15 Hr.
Start Time: 7:00am, Mon-Fri. Work Schedule (Work Weekends As Necessary)
Job Description - Requirements
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Previous on the job experience is required
  • Knowledgeable of a wide variety of plants, trees, flowers, shrubs, etc.
  • Able to identify the names of plants and trees and diagnose their individual needs
  • Able to identify fungal disease or insect damage and proper treatments
  • Know how to develop grade for proper drainage
  • Know how to lay sod to match existing sod
  • Know how to lay mulch properly
  • Apply fertilizer and preemergent in beds to help with weeds and health of plants
  • Knowledge of proper watering to insure plants and trees are healthy
  • Able to dig in all types of soil and conditions
  • Knowledge of operating equipment like skid steer and or tractors, preferred by not required
NOTE: This team member will be under the supervision of our crew Team Leader. The right individual must be willing to follow direction and serve the needs of a large corporate campus. It is a team effort.
