JOB SUMMARY:

We are seeking a motivated and hardworking entry-level landscaper or experienced landscaper to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors and want to build a career in landscaping and grounds maintenance.

No prior experience needed; just a valid drivers license, strong work-ethic and willingness to learn.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist with landscape installation, maintenance and clean-up

- Mow lawns, trim edges and prune shrubs.

- Plant shrubs, trees and other greenery

- Lay sod, mulch and gravel

- Operate and maintain basic landscaping tools and equipment

- Follow directions from crew and work as part of a team

- Ensure work areas are clean and safe

- Load and unload tools, equipment and materials

- Perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

- High school diploma or GED preferred

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift 50+ lbs

- Reliable transportation to job site or meeting location

- Good communication skills and teamwork skills

- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures
