Job description

We're hiring a Maintenance Laborer to join our commercial landscape maintenance team in Kent, WA. This is an entry-level, hands-on role supporting daily landscape maintenance activities under the guidance of a Crew Leader. It's a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to grow in the landscape industry.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with daily landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, leaf removal, and general site cleanup
  • Use landscape tools and equipment safely and as trained
  • Follow daily routes, work plans, and Crew Leader direction
  • Work closely with crew members to maintain productivity and clean job sites
  • Support loading, unloading, and care of tools, equipment, and vehicles
  • Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE, and report any unsafe conditions
What We're Looking For
  • Previous landscape, construction, or outdoor labor experience is helpful, but not required
  • Willingness to learn new skills and accept coaching and feedback
  • Reliable, punctual, and accountable with attendance and performance
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day
  • Basic English communication skills required; Spanish bilingual a plus
