Purpose

The purpose of this seat is to install Neatly storage systems accurately and efficiently while delivering a professional customer experience and protecting company quality standards.

This role ensures closet systems are installed the first time correctly while minimizing callbacks and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Compensation:

$24 - $32 hourly


Responsibilities:

Role 1: Install Neatly Systems to Company Standards

Outcome: Closet systems are installed accurately and professionally according to design plans and company craftsmanship standards. Accountable For:

  • Installing closet systems, shelving, drawers, and storage components according to design plans

  • Ensuring systems are level, aligned, and securely mounted

  • Maintaining Neatly installation craftsmanship standards

Measured By

  • Installation quality inspections

  • Job go-backs due to craftsmanship issues

  • Customer complaints related to installation quality

Role 2: Maintain Installation Efficiency

Outcome: Closet installations are completed efficiently so projects remain on schedule while maintaining quality standards. Accountable For:

  • Completing installations within expected timeframes

  • Maintaining an organized workflow during installations

  • Communicating job progress and obstacles to supervisors

Measured By

  • Install productivity per day

  • Schedule adherence

  • Project completion timelines

Role 3: Deliver Professional Customer Experience

Outcome: Customers experience a professional installation process that reinforces confidence in the Neatly brand. Accountable For:

  • Arriving on time and prepared for installations

  • Communicating professionally with homeowners

  • Leaving job sites clean and organized

Role 4: Ensure Installation Quality and Resolve Issues

Outcome: Installations meet company quality standards the first time, with any issues corrected during installation to prevent callbacks and warranty repairs. Accountable For:

  • Inspecting installations before leaving the jobsite

  • Ensuring drawers, doors, shelving, and hardware function properly

  • Identifying and correcting issues during installation

Measured By

  • Callback frequency

  • Warranty repair incidents

  • Installation inspection results

Role 5: Complete Service & Warranty Work

Outcome: Service issues are resolved quickly and professionally to restore product functionality and customer satisfaction. Accountable For:

  • Diagnosing installation or product issues

  • Repairing or replacing damaged components

  • Documenting service work completed

  • Service resolution success rate

  • Repeat service visits

Qualifications:
  • Experience in closet systems, cabinetry installation, finish carpentry, or similar field work

  • Strong understanding of installation techniques, tools, and materials

  • Ability to read and execute installation plans and specifications

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

  • Ability to work efficiently while maintaining craftsmanship standards

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screen

Preferred:

  • Experience installing modular storage or closet systems

  • Experience working in customer-occupied homes

  • Experience with punch-out work, service calls, or adjustments
