Are you a hospitality professional who takes pride in creating clean, comfortable, and welcoming environments for guests? We are looking for a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team and ensure our hotel maintains the high standards our guests expect.
At Holiday Inn, part of the globally recognized IHG Hotels & Resorts family, our mission is to provide exceptional guest experiences. The Housekeeping Manager plays a key leadership role in delivering those experiences by maintaining outstanding cleanliness and service throughout the hotel.
What You’ll Do:
As Housekeeping Manager, you will oversee all housekeeping operations and lead a team dedicated to providing an exceptional guest experience.
 
Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead and supervise the housekeeping team including room attendants, laundry staff, and public space attendants.
  • Ensure guest rooms and public areas meet brand cleanliness and presentation standards.
  • Conduct routine inspections of rooms and hotel spaces.
  • Coordinate daily room assignments and cleaning schedules based on occupancy levels.
  • Manage housekeeping supplies, linen inventory, and department budgets.
  • Train and coach staff on cleaning procedures, safety practices, and guest service expectations.
  • Respond to guest requests or concerns related to room cleanliness promptly and professionally.
  • Work closely with the front desk and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are guest-ready.
  • Maintain compliance with safety procedures and chemical handling guidelines.
