About the Role


We’re seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our growth by securing customer renewals, reviewing and executing change requests, and assisting with go-to-market research and contract modifications. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional with 1–5 years of inside sales (or equivalent) experience who thrives in a fast-paced Enterprise SaaS environment. GovTech experience (or interest) is a plus.


This is a customer-facing role where you will develop strong business relationships with key decision makers and influencers within your accounts. Internally, you will collaborate with Sales Directors, Customer Success, Software Development, and Legal to deliver a superior customer experience while developing the skills needed to advance into a quota-carrying role.


What You’ll Do

  • Own Customer Change Requests
    Intake, review, quote development, secure pricing approvals, and obtain signatures for customer change requests to existing contracts.
  • Manage Customer Renewals
    Prepare contracts and amendments, coordinate approvals and negotiation of terms and conditions, and obtain customer signatures.
  • Support Contract Modifications
    Draft and route amendments, SOW updates, and addenda in alignment with policy, working with Legal as needed.
  • Conduct Go-to-Market Research
    Analyze markets, segments, competitors, and buyer personas to inform campaigns and GTM strategy.
  • Attend Company Events as Needed
    Support conferences, webinars, and customer events; engage prospects and customers to build a sales pipeline and brand awareness.
  • Maintain Accurate Records
    Update CRM with opportunities, activities, including close plans to ensure accuracy in sales forecasting.
Requirements:

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience: 1 - 5 years in inside sales or a related customer-facing role (e.g., SDR, renewals specialist, sales ops).
  • Industry Background: Experience with Enterprise SaaS required; GovTech experience preferred.
  • Sales Acumen: Familiarity with the sales cycle, renewals processes, quoting, and deal desk basics.
  • Tools: Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot), Monday.com, and productivity suites (e.g., MS 365).
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication; confident handling customer conversations.
  • Organization: Excellent attention to detail, ability to manage multiple deals and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Mindset: Growth-oriented, collaborative, and customer-obsessed with a bias for action.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working with public sector customers or government procurement processes (RFPs, addenda, ROEs).
  • Exposure to pricing/discount frameworks, deal desk policies, and contract lifecycle management tools.
  • Familiarity with channel/partner motions.
