TTM strives to invest in our team members at all levels, starting on your first day. To support the growth and development of new hires, this position is eligible for a 90 Day Evaluation that includes a pay increase if key performance indicators are met.

Scope:

  • Under limited supervision, the FAI Coordinator gathers and compiles build data into a First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) in accordance with industry and/or customer standards. Coordinates with multiple departments within TTM to ensure data presented is complete and entirely accurate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Interpret engineering drawings and associated documentation to generate AS9102 reports compliant to the requirement(s) set forth.

  • Interface with the TTM quality control team on the input and review of assembly inspection data for items subject to the FAI requirement.

  • Interface with the supplier quality, receiving, procurement, and additional production departments to obtain and compile all necessary documentation required for the FAI package.

  • Work with production and quality management on effective scheduling of FAIRs in order to meet customer demand.

  • Collaborate with customer service and/or quality management on any required customer communication.

  • Consistently work on complex assignments requiring independent action and initiative to resolve issues.

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Experience with AS9102 or similar customer/industry requirement a plus.

  • Experience with interpreting engineering drawings is a plus.

  • Ability to pass eye exam with minimum 20/20 vision that may be corrected via eyeglasses or contact lenses as required. Eye exam is required annually.

  • Ability to accurately and effectively present information for management and/or customer review.

  • Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

  • Good demonstrated customer service skills, presentation skills, computer skills, facilitation skills, interpersonal and human relations skills.

  • Must have a strong attention to detail.

  • Must be able to handle a fast paced environment, changing priorities and high volume of workload.

  • Ability to work overtime as required.

  • Due to ITAR requirements, applicants must be a U.S. Citizen or a Permanent Resident.

  • Regular attendance is an essential job function for this position.

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
