Physician - Family or Internal Medicine

Compensation: $250k–$315k per year Job Type: Full-time | Monday – Friday, flexible schedule | 1:10 call rotation Location: Valparaiso, IN **Relocation Assistance available**

Join a well-established and expanding healthcare provider in Northwest Indiana that actively prioritizes physician well-being and a sustainable work-life balance. This full-time position offers the unique opportunity to design your practice around your professional goals within a premier, tech-forward environment, distinguished as one of the few HIMSS Stage VII facilities in the country.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality primary care, including physical exams, wellness check-ups, and immunizations for a diverse patient population (Adults only for IM; all ages for FM)
  • Clinic patients per day: 15-30
  • Call Rotation: 1:10
  • Diagnose and manage long-term conditions such as hypertension, diabetes, asthma, and COPD.
  • Treat non-emergent injuries and illnesses (e.g., infections, minor trauma).
  • Order and interpret labs, X-rays, and other diagnostic screenings.
  • Manage the patient's care journey by coordinating with specialists
Requirements:
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible with a clear plan for certification within a specified timeframe.
  • Possession of or eligibility for an unrestricted Indiana Medical License and CSR/DEA registration
  • Experience with or aptitude for utilizing EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation tools
  • Strong communication skills and proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
