Job Description About the Position: We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on experience in industrial electrical systems, controls, and material handling applications. This role offers opportunities to work on diverse projects while leveraging your design and AutoCAD expertise.

Responsibilities: Design electrical systems and components for industrial applications Create and modify electrical drawings and documentation using AutoCAD Specify appropriate components and materials for electrical installations Troubleshoot electrical systems and provide technical solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams on project implementation Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards Provide technical support for existing installations Develop and review electrical system specifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (Physics degrees also highly regarded) 2+ years of professional electrical engineering experience Proficiency in AutoCAD for electrical design and documentation Experience with electrical systems ranging from 24V to 1,000V, including 480V applications Demonstrated expertise in controls systems and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) Strong understanding of electrical design principles and industry standards Experience creating electrical drawings, schematics, and documentation Preferred Qualifications: Material handling systems experience Experience with industrial automation and control systems Knowledge of NEC and other relevant electrical codes Project management experience Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
