About the Role:
Join EMPIRE RANCH RESIDENTIAL as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) RBT and make a difference in the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. This rewarding position offers you the opportunity to provide essential support and guidance in a nurturing environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities in daily living activities.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Monitor and document progress on behavioral goals and objectives.
  • Assist in promoting social skills and community integration.
  • Engage clients in recreational and educational activities to enhance their quality of life.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members and families to ensure consistent care.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred (RBT, CPR First Aid, CPI,  DSP1 & DSP2).
  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
