Summary

· The Development Operations Specialist serves as the operational hub of The Baby Fold's Development & Public Relations Department.

· Combines fundraising operations, CRM administration, project management, event planning, marketing support, and department administration into one highly collaborative role.

· Oversees donor database (CRM) administration, gift processing, reporting, financial reconciliation, fundraising operations, project management, and department administration.

· Leads the planning and operational execution of fundraising events, community engagement initiatives, donor communications, marketing support, and volunteer coordination.

· Ideal for someone who has experience coordinating with outside marketing firm and/or consultant, enjoys database management, event planning, project coordination, process improvement, and supporting a mission-driven organization.

· Success comes from exceptional organization, initiative, customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Requirements:

· Minimum of three years of experience in administrative support, office management, fundraising operations, database administration, CRM management, accounting, marketing, communications, event planning, or a related field.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint); experience with donor database or CRM software preferred.

· Strong project management, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

· Valid driver's license and adequate auto insurance.

· Must successfully pass required background checks.


WORK HOURS: Full time, in-person, 37.5+ hours/ week.

LOCATION:108 East Willow St. Normal, Illinois.

MINIMUM SALARY: $50,000 annually. This is a Salary/ Exempt position, salary is based on education and experience.
