Expected Earnings: $75,000$220,000

Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Performance Bonuses

What You'll Do
  • Develop new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, and relationship building.
  • Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to identify their insurance needs.
  • Recommend insurance solutions that help protect clients and their assets.
  • Build long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service and follow-up.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales goals.
  • Learn the operational, leadership, and business development skills needed to advance within the Farmers Insurance Protege Program.
What We're Looking For
  • 3+ years of successful sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding goals.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and closing skills.
  • Self-motivated with a competitive drive and strong work ethic.
  • Comfortable prospecting and generating new business.
  • Coachable with a desire for continuous professional growth.
  • Property & Casualty License (or the ability to obtain one before employment).
