Direct Support Professional (DSP)

Adult Day Habilitation

Full-Time | Raynham, MA & Randolph, MA

Make a difference in the lives of adults (22+) with Autism and developmental disabilities! As a DSP in our Day Habilitation program, you’ll provide essential support in a structured, community-based setting that focuses on skill building, independence, and social engagement. 

What You'll Do

  • Support individuals in achieving their personal goals through daily activities, group sessions, and community outings. 
  • Encourage participation in skill development areas such as communication, socialization, recreation, and vocational readiness. 
  • Promote independence and self-advocacy in a supportive, respectful, and empowering environment. 
  • Assist with personal care needs when necessary (meals, hygiene, mobility). 
  • Collaborate with program staff, therapists, and families to ensure meaningful and individualized support. 

Schedule: 

  • Monday–Friday 
  • Day Shift

What You Bring 

  • High School Diploma or GED. 
  • Valid and current U.S. driver’s license (1+ year of licensed driving experience). 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Compassionate, reliable, adaptable, punctual, hard-working, and energetic
  • Experience supporting individuals with special needs (preferred but not required). 
  • Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
