As an RBT, you'll be a trusted clinical teammate under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You'll provide high-quality, direct ABA services, coach and support fellow staff, contribute to assessments and behavior plans, and help create positive, supportive environments where people can thrive. This is a hands-on role where every day brings the chance to make a meaningful difference-while you continue building your ABA career.

What We Are Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or a related field (required).
  • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
  • Demonstrated experience implementing ABA programs and coaching peers on protocol implementation (preferred).
  • Strong data collection, graphing, and reporting skills; comfort preparing data summaries for team reviews.
  • Excellent computer skills (Windows, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to give/receive performance feedback.
  • Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant and to follow supervisory guidance.
  • Travel required; must have or be willing to obtain a valid New York State Driver's License.
