We are looking for an experienced Communications Coordinator to manage and streamline Clear Label's internal and external communications. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent messaging and supporting our teams in delivering Clear Label’s mission and values through various communication channels. You will play a crucial role in developing content, managing events, and coordinating with different departments to support our brand’s identity and strategic goals.


Key Responsibilities
  • Craft and coordinate internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, and press releases.
  • Support the development of presentations, reports, and other corporate materials.
  • Assist in planning and executing company events and trade shows, ensuring Clear Label’s brand is effectively represented.
  • Coordinate with the HR team on employee communications, onboarding materials, and internal updates.
  • Maintain and update internal communications platforms to promote collaboration and information sharing.
  • Collaborate with various teams to align messaging and branding across all communication touchpoints.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
