In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring consistent messaging and supporting our teams in delivering Clear Label’s mission and values through various communication channels. You will play a crucial role in developing content, managing events, and coordinating with different departments to support our brand’s identity and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Craft and coordinate internal and external communications, including newsletters, announcements, and press releases.
- Support the development of presentations, reports, and other corporate materials.
- Assist in planning and executing company events and trade shows, ensuring Clear Label’s brand is effectively represented.
- Coordinate with the HR team on employee communications, onboarding materials, and internal updates.
- Maintain and update internal communications platforms to promote collaboration and information sharing.
- Collaborate with various teams to align messaging and branding across all communication touchpoints.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a communications, PR, or related role.
- Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and familiarity with content management tools.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with event coordination and planning is a plus.
