Razzari Ford is seeking an experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Service Manager to lead our award-winning service department. If you're a proven leader with a passion for developing high-performing teams, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving operational excellence, we'd love to meet you.

As a family-owned dealership serving the Central Valley since 1978, we pride ourselves on creating lasting relationships with our customers and employees. We are looking for a Service Manager who shares those values and is ready to help take our department to the next level.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all day-to-day operations of the Service Department.
  • Recruit, mentor, coach, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, Dispatchers, and support staff.
  • Foster a positive, team-oriented culture built on accountability, communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores while delivering an exceptional ownership experience.
  • Monitor departmental performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
  • Ensure repair orders are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining Ford warranty compliance.
  • Work closely with the Parts Department to maximize shop efficiency and technician productivity.
  • Establish and monitor departmental goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all manufacturer policies and dealership standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years of automotive Service Manager experience (Ford dealership experience preferred).
  • Demonstrated history of achieving and maintaining strong CSI scores.
  • Proven leadership and team-building skills with the ability to motivate employees.
  • Strong understanding of dealership fixed operations, service processes, and financial reporting.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to lead by example with a positive, team-first attitude.
  • Experience using dealership management systems and service software.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
