Job Description

The coaches will work directly with approximately 20 dealerships to increase OEM Authorized Accessory sales through in-dealership training, process development, and performance coaching.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct dealership Gap Analyses to assess current accessory sales processes.
  • Develop and implement customized action plans to improve accessory integration.
  • Deliver on-site training across Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance departments.
  • Facilitate classroom, small group, and one-on-one coaching sessions.
  • Support dealerships with marketing strategies, sales forecasting, and inventory planning.
  • Promote cross-departmental collaboration to drive accessory sales.
  • Monitor dealership performance using MSX’s TrackIT CRM Field Management Tool.
  • Provide remote support between visits via email, calls, and video conferencing.
  • Share best practices and success stories across the dealer network.
  • Collaborate closely with OEM’s Accessory Sales and Motorsports team.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) is required
  • Minimum of ten years’ professional experience in the OEM or automotive aftermarket and/or accessories environment.
  • Extensive experience in the automotive industry, preferably with Nissan/Infiniti.
  • Proven background in Sales and After-Sales processes, including accessories.
  • Strong consulting and training skills across all dealership roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership management systems.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and make actionable recommendations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building and credibility.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable to dynamic dealership environments.
  • Willingness to travel extensively (80%+ in-dealership presence).

Preferred Attributes

  • Background in dealership training and consulting.
  • Experience developing pay plans, marketing packages, and sales tools.
  • Familiarity with benchmarking and competitive pricing strategies.
  • Passion for enhancing the customer purchasing experience through vehicle personalization.
  • Understanding of dealership Sales, F&I and Aftersales operations.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word, SharePoint and PowerPoint.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate may not have been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At MSXi, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current annual range is $70k to $90k based on current experience.
