About the Role:
Serotonin Anti-Aging Center in Paramus, NJ is looking for a passionate and motivated Health Coach to join our growing wellness team. In this role, you'll empower clients on their journey to optimal health, longevity, and vitality. If you're driven by helping others live their best lives, this is the opportunity for you!
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct one-on-one health coaching sessions to assess client goals and develop personalized wellness plans
  • Educate clients on anti-aging strategies, nutrition, lifestyle optimization, and preventive health
  • Monitor client progress and adjust wellness programs to ensure measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with clinical staff to support integrated, whole-body care approaches
  • Guide clients through hormone health, weight management, and metabolic wellness programs
  • Maintain accurate client records and document coaching sessions and progress notes
  • Build lasting client relationships to drive retention, referrals, and program enrollment

Requirements:
  • Certification in health coaching, wellness, or a related field (e.g., IIN, NASM, ACE, or equivalent)
  • 1+ years of experience in health coaching, wellness consulting, or a similar role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition, fitness, stress management, and preventive health principles
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset
  • Ability to motivate, inspire, and hold clients accountable to their wellness goals
  • Experience with anti-aging, hormone health, or functional wellness is a plus
  • Proficiency in maintaining client records and using wellness or CRM software
