Development Associate | Phoenix, AZ

RETS Associates has been retained to recruit an Industrial Development Associate in Phoenix. This is far more than a technical underwriting role. This is an EQ hire as much as an IQ hire. Working directly with a 3-person team, the Associate will gain exposure to the full industrial development lifecycle. Great opportunity for an early career CRE professional to apply skills and relationships from brokerage and move into industrial development.


Ideal candidate is based in Phoenix and has 4โ€“5 years of industrial real estate experience, with existing Excel financial modeling skills. Leadership views this hire as a potential long-term successor and future leader within the organization, creating a rare opportunity for accelerated career growth and mentorship.


Compensation: $120,000โ€“$140,000 base + target bonus (~30%) + potential long-term incentive participation
