Job description

Legacy Towing Inc. is a dynamic and growing company seeking a dedicated full-time Administrative Assistant/Impound Release Agent. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth operations by handling incoming phone calls, releasing impounded vehicles, and dispatching tows. As a 24-hour business, we offer a variety of shifts to accommodate different schedules, with a current need of Thurday-Sunday  shift coverage from 7pm-5am.  We pride ourselves on our commitment to customer service and efficiency, making us a leader in the towing industry.

Responsibilities
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide prompt, courteous assistance to customers.
  • Dispatch tow drivers using mobile phone applications and other communication tools.
  • Process cash and card transactions accurately for impound releases.
  • Maintain and update paperwork, documents, and electronic records.
  • Organize and keep office common areas tidy and functional.
  • Perform general clerical duties, including word processing and data entry.
  • Create, maintain, and enter information into company databases.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • Strong computer and data entry skills (required).
  • Experience in office assistance, dispatch operations, or customer service (preferred).
  • Excellent phone etiquette and customer service abilities.
  • Clear written communication and proficiency with word processing tasks.
