Job Description

We have an opening in our accounting department that requires basic accounting data entry using QuickBooks. It will be to support job reporting, tracking, and scheduling. Paid vacation and holidays. Health insurance available.

Responsibilities

It is a full-time position that require an understanding of QuickBooks, financial data entry, to be detail oriented and that knows how to complete projects. You will work closely with the CFO and do daily job reporting. You will be involved with customer service, phones, accounts payable, billing, collections and filing.

Qualifications

Experience in QuickBooks, good with customers, be able to think on your feet, you need strong communication and interpersonal skills and be highly organized. You need to know how to use a 10-key and your basic computer skills.
