SPS Global is seeking a dependable and service-oriented Route Driver / Courier to support campus delivery and logistics operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the safe, accurate, and timely transportation of mail and parcels while maintaining operational efficiency and exceptional customer service standards.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of working independently while representing SPS with professionalism and reliability.


Job Overview

The Route Driver / Courier provides exceptional courier and delivery services by receiving dispatch requests, retrieving mail and parcels from designated offices, and delivering them safely and efficiently throughout the campus.

This role also supports front and back office operations as needed, helping maintain seamless workplace services and operational continuity.

Reports To:
Client Services Supervisor, Client Services Manager, or equivalent leadership


What You'll DoCourier & Delivery Operations
  • Travel predefined delivery routes via company vehicle to distribute mail and parcels throughout the campus
  • Perform pickups and deliveries accurately using maps and written instructions
  • Maintain detailed logs and timestamps for items received and delivered
  • Ensure compliance with chain-of-custody procedures and operational standards
  • Respond promptly to client delivery requests and ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Complete paperwork accurately, legibly, and within required timelines
Vehicle & Safety Management
  • Operate company vehicles safely in accordance with state laws and company policies
  • Maintain vehicle readiness through routine maintenance checks including oil, tires, fuel, and fluid levels
  • Follow company procedures in the event of accidents or injuries
  • Ensure professional presentation and compliance with company appearance standards
Customer Service & Operational Support
  • Deliver 5-star customer service across all forms of communication
  • Build professional relationships with customers and internal teams
  • Maintain professionalism and composure during sensitive situations
  • Proactively seek additional work and operational support opportunities during downtime
  • Train backup personnel and provide guidance on procedures and best practices
Cross-Functional Office Support
  • Provide front or back office coverage as operational needs require
  • Assist with shipping and receiving functions when needed
  • Support handling and validation of packing slips and shipment materials
