Job description

BrightKey is looking for energetic and responsible Mail Courier / Drivers! Join BrightKey and you will contribute to our company's success and your career growth!
Compensation & Benefits:
  • Hourly pay rate is $25.07 per hour plus $5.09 per hour health & welfare (total $30.14/hr)

Location & Hours:
  • On-site in Landover, MD
  • Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (first shift/full-time)

Mail Courier / Driver Responsibilities:
Couriers will perform various pick-ups and deliveries (using a company provided vehicle) among 6 buildings on multiple campuses within a 95 (mile) mile radius of the main contract location. Primary duties include transporting mail to multiple buildings, the retrieval and delivery of mail as well as the loading and unloading of the vehicle. In addition, Courier Drivers must maintain a daily automobile log of mileage, all mail pieces loaded and unloaded and point of departure times. These logs are submitted to the project manager at the end of each day. This position will include interaction with multiple customers/clients throughout the day and excellent customer service must be provided.
Job Requirements:
Candidates must be punctual and dependable, organized, detail oriented and have the ability to meet stringent deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environment. A valid drivers license and a clean driving record are required. Must be able to lift 50-70lbs.
  • Candidates must have or be able to obtain a Public Trust level Security Clearance prior to starting.
