Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care Technician

Deep Steam Floor Care & Restoration is looking for a dependable, hardworking Carpet Cleaning & Floor Care Technician to join our growing team.

We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates professionally with customers, and wants a long-term opportunity with a company that stays busy.

What You’ll Do

  • Perform professional carpet cleaning using truck-mounted hot water extraction equipment
  • Pre-vacuum, pre-treat, scrub, and extract carpets
  • Identify and treat common stains, pet urine, and odor issues
  • Clean upholstery, area rugs, tile & grout, and other flooring
  • Perform commercial floor-care services as needed
  • Properly set up, operate, clean, and maintain company equipment
  • Drive company vans safely to residential and commercial jobs
  • Communicate professionally with customers and explain recommended services
  • Take before-and-after photos and properly document completed jobs
  • Keep the work van, equipment, and tools clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

We want someone who is reliable, honest, motivated, and professional. You must be willing to work hard and learn our cleaning processes and company standards.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Reliable and able to show up on time
  • Comfortable performing physical work and lifting equipment
  • Professional appearance and customer-service skills
  • Able to work independently after training
  • Willing to work some evenings, weekends, and emergency jobs when needed
  • Carpet cleaning, restoration, janitorial, or floor-care experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person

Deep Steam Floor Care & Restoration is a family-owned professional cleaning and restoration company serving Middle Tennessee. We handle residential and commercial carpet cleaning, upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, hard-floor care, area rugs, and restoration services.

We use professional truck-mounted cleaning systems and commercial-grade equipment. We are looking for technicians who want to build a career, learn multiple services, and grow with the company.

This is not a basic housekeeping position. This is a hands-on technician position involving professional equipment, customer service, driving, physical work, and attention to detail.
