Job Description

As a Business Process Lead - Materials Management and Manufacturing, you will help shape how our teams work together and win together. You will guide people and processes toward higher levels of efficiency, quality and predictability. You will empower teams to collaborate more effectively, adopt modern ways of working, make datadriven decisions, and improve. This role is ideal for someone who excels at influencing across a global organization, simplifying complex challenges, and helping others. You will also lead the development of a new Global Service Level Agreement (SLA) with our Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) partners to ensure long-term success for delivery of hardware-related projects. This is an individual contributor role.

You will report to the VP, GM LCS Head of Regions and work in a hybrid environment from either our Mayfield Heights, Ohio or Milwaukee, Wisconsin locations.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Strengthen collaboration between Lifecycle Services (LCS) and Integrated Supply Chain (ISC).
  • Establish an operating rhythm for reviewing main processes, performance metrics, and milestones.
  • Monitor progress and adjust strategies to achieve results.
  • Identify areas where performance falls short of expectations.
  • Develop targeted recovery plans that outline specific actions, responsibilities, and timelines.
  • Lead efforts to optimize cost and revenue linked to materials management in LCS-NA
  • Increase revenue and profitability associated with project delivery requiring material and/or manufacturing
  • Support efforts to reduce manufacturing cost variance in North America.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment and identify any deviations.
  • Oversee crossfunctional risk escalation related to systemic process, capacity, or performance issues, ensuring visibility and resolution.
  • Ensure transparency and communication regarding escalations.
  • Support LCS and ISC leadership in setting achievable goals and hold everyone accountable.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Program Managers and Finance to evaluate cost, margin, and servicelevel tradeoffs, recommending financially optimized paths forward.
  • Partner with Integrated Supply Chain Program Managers to ensure execution challenges are addressed through process, governance, or decision clarity-without owning daytoday task execution.
  • Celebrate wins and learn from setbacks to continuously improve.
  • Participate and/or Lead efforts to bring our next ERP to life (IFS Cloud)
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Service Level Agreement (SLA)
  • Drive accountability for SLA adherence and ensure performance expectations are clear, measurable and achievable.
  • Conduct regular assessments relative to the market and provide comprehensive reports to both LCS and ISC leadership.
  • Simplify business metrics to deliver actionable insights.
  • Partner with Supply Chain Program Manager to act as a key liaison among senior leadership, plant teams, and functional stakeholders to implement strategi initiatives and bridge planning, engineering and execution.
The Essentials - You Will Have:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Engineering
  • Experience in operations management, process improvement, or business consulting.
  • Experience identifying root causes of inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies.
