Cogeco Force Radio (CFR), propriete de Cogeco Media, est actuellement a la recherche d'un.e representant.e interne pour joindre l'equipe des ventes nationales.

Resume

En tant que representant.e interne, vous serez au cur de l'equipe des ventes nationales. Vous jouerez un role primordial dans la coordination de nos operations et du service client, tout en assurant le succes de nos partenaires.

Principales responsabilites
  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec les conseiller publicitaires, la direction et les divers departements (creativite media, routage, production, comptabilite)

  • Assurer la coordination et l'execution des etapes d'une vente radio, numerique et creativite media, en soutien aux conseillers publicitaires

  • Offrir un service a la clientele irreprochable et entretenir d'excellentes relations d'affaires

  • Effectuer des analyses et des suivis hebdomadaires pour l'equipe de vente

  • Assurer la livraison des rapports de performance de campagne

  • Assumer diverses taches administratives pour la direction generale des ventes

  • Planifier et assurer la realisation des projets sous sa responsabilite

Competences et habiletes recherchees
  • Minimum de deux (2) ans d'experience en media, service de ventes ou agence de communication marketing

  • Connaissance des medias traditionnels et numeriques

  • Excellent sens de l'organisation, initiative et dynamisme

  • Aptitudes marquees pour le travail d'equipe

  • Souci du detail, rigueur et efficacite

  • Capacite a prioriser les taches et a respecter des echeances

  • Maitrise de la suite MS Office et de la suite Google Workspace (un atout)

  • Maitrise des logiciels Radius, ATC et Wide Orbit (un atout)

  • Excellente maitrise du francais, oral & ecrit

  • Maitrise de l'anglais, oral & ecrit (un atout) pour les clients situes a l'exterieur du Quebec
