Sous la direction du directeur des ventes, la personne choisie devra assumer les responsabilites suivantes :
TES PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES:
- Maintenir et optimiser les relations d'affaires avec la clientele actuelle;
- Analyser les besoins la clientele;
- Elaborer et coordonner des strategies publicitaires;
- Assurer un suivi du cycle de vente;
- Etablir de nouvelles relations d'affaires (Developpement des affaires);
- Travailler etroitement avec les equipes d'animation des stations representees;
- Negocier des ententes annuelles avec les clients directs et les agences;
- Collaborer avec les equipes et developper des solutions publicitaires personnalisees, multiplateformes et creatives;
Avoir un bon reseau de contacts dans la region est un veritable atout !
HABILETES ET COMPETENCES:
- Experience en vente et ou representation (un atout);
- Engage, strategique et axe sur les resultats;
- Habilete en negociation et en developpement des affaires;
