Manager, Product Management - Network Products
Overview
The Manager, Product Management - Network Products will help drive innovation across Mastercard's global core payments network. This role owns product problem definition through delivery, shaping technical solutions, building the business case, and driving execution. The position requires strong analytical rigor, deep engagement with technology, and the ability to translate market and customer needs into scalable, network-level solutions through close collaboration with product, technology, regional, and commercialization teams.

โ€ข Engage internal product teams, regional market facing teams, and customers to identify product needs and challenges
โ€ข Partner with technology teams to deeply understand system capabilities and constraints, validate solution options, and estimate delivery costs
โ€ข Develop clear roadmaps for network enhancements, prioritizing initiatives based on impact, feasibility, and economics
โ€ข Define and deliver on-behalf and value-added network services, from concept through implementation
โ€ข Lead structured analysis to size opportunities, assess costs and revenues, understand geographic variation and customer behavior, and identify improvement opportunities
โ€ข Build compelling narratives and visuals to secure stakeholder buy-in and influence decision-makers at multiple levels
โ€ข Partner with commercialization and pricing teams to define go-to-market strategies, including pilots, customer targeting, and economic impact
โ€ข Lead the Studio process to manage ongoing innovation and incremental enhancements
About you
โ€ข Experience in payments and Product Management is required
โ€ข Strong understanding of complex, technical products; familiarity with Mastercard's payment network and transaction processing systems (authorization and clearing) is a plus
โ€ข Proven ability to translate data and financial analysis into clear insights and recommendations
โ€ข Excellent communication and presentation skills, with comfort developing executive-ready narratives and visuals
โ€ข Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and can manage multiple complex workstreams
โ€ข Strong collaborator with the ability to influence across functions and levels without direct authority

In line with Mastercard's total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
