  SummaryWe’re seeking a detail-oriented and customer focused Outbound Products Coordinator to keep our products moving and our clients happy. The standard hours for this role are Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM.RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The lists below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.Minimum Qualifications
  • Experience: Shipping, logistics, or customer coordination (manufacturing a plus).
  • Communication: Strong communication skills and knack for building customer trust.
  • Software: Proficiency with CRM or tracking software.
  • Education: High School Graduate
  • Driver's License: Required
Essential Functions
  • Coordinate outbound shipments of sheet metal products - on time, every time.
  • Be the main point of contact for customers on order status and delivery updates.
  • Track all communications and activities in our CRM and project tools such as JobBOSS and Trello. 
  • Work with production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues before shipping takes place.
  • Prepare shipping docs and manage carrier relationships.
  • Thrive in a team setting and work independently after sufficient training
Physical & Mental Demands
  • Perform tasks requiring standing, bending, and reaching for extended periods
  • Maintain physical stamina to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment
  • Adhere to safety protocols to prevent injuries during material handling and equipment operation
Work Environment
This role requires working in the fabrication shop which can reach high temperatures without air conditions. This role requires exposure to loud noise levels, so ear protection is required.
