Job description

We are seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our team as Shipper / Production Operators. This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in manufacturing, with no prior experience required, WILL TRAIN! You will be cross-trained to perform a variety of essential tasks in both shipping and production.

Responsibilities include:

    • Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
    • Label packages accurately and generate shipping documentation.
    • Load and unload trucks.
    • Maintain accurate shipping records.
    • Ensure timely and accurate shipment of products.
    • Operate and monitor production machinery.
    • Assist with machine setup and changeovers.
    • Perform quality checks on products.
    • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
    • Follow safety procedures and guidelines.
    • Assist with other production tasks as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned in both shipping and production areas.

Skills/Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to lift and move materials as needed.
