What You'll Do
  • Safely load and unload process equipment and materials.
  • Operate process equipment to produce material that meets customer specifications.
  • Operate a forklift and follow proper material handling procedures.
  • Maintain accurate batch and run documentation to support lot integrity.
  • Monitor equipment, identify issues, and support troubleshooting and problem solving.
  • Keep work areas clean, organized, and aligned with housekeeping standards.
  • Follow all safety, health, environmental, and site procedures.
  • Actively participate in safety meetings, incident investigations, hazard recognition, and EHS activities.
  • Support responsible waste management and environmental compliance activities.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or similar hands-on environment preferred.
  • Forklift operating experience preferred.
  • Strong commitment to safety, quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
